The Vowis a 2012 romantic drama film directed by Michael Sucsy , starring Channing Tatum , Rachel McAdams , Sam Neill , Scott Speedman , and Jessica Lange .Based on the true story of Kim and Krickitt Carpenter.

The movie begins as Leo (Channing Tatum) narrates the story of how his wife Paige (Rachael McAdams) lost her memory in a horrific car accident that they we were both involved in. He tells the story of how they first met, moments of impact during their romance and their wedding day. After the accident, he finds out that Paige has lost all her memory of her life with him. Paige remembers her law school days, her childhood and family. We later discover that she had become estranged from her family after issues with her father and she quit law school. The only love she knows is her high school sweetheart Jeremy (Scott Speedman), whom she split with in order to move to the city, a year before she 'met' Leo. The movie focuses on the struggles Leo and Paige face, and shows Leo doing incredible things to fight for the love of his life.
